The Human Research Ethics Committee considers the ethical issues of all potential research projects to be conducted by the NT Department of Health & Families (including Royal Darwin Hospital) and the Menzies School of Health Research.

You will be required to consider the ethical implications of each project submitted to the Committee as described in a written research proposal. Background information on the principles of ethics, their application to health research and National Health & Medical Research Council guidelines will be provided. The Committee meets six times per year on a Wednesday afternoon.

Applicants for the above vacancies should not be currently associated with either the NT Department of Health & Community Services or the Menzies School of Health Research.
